At Dafray.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If it is not quite right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
• With all tags attached
• For swimwear and lingerie, the hygienic liner must remain intact

Returns will not be accepted if the item is worn, stained with makeup or other marks, or carries strong odors such as smoke or perfume. If this happens, the item will be returned to you at your expense.

How to Return an Item

1. Check that your item meets our return policy requirements
2. Pack it securely and include a note with your order number inside
3. Contact us to obtain the return address before shipping your item back
4. Ship your return using a trackable postal service, as we do not cover return shipping costs
5. Provide us with the return tracking information to help expedite the process

Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive your return. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is issued.

Exchanges Made Easy

• If you need a different size, color, or a completely different item, send back your original item first
• Once we receive your return tracking, we will issue store credit so you can place a new order
• Your new order will be shipped to you with free shipping
• If the item you want is sold out, we will issue a refund instead

Refund Details

• Refunds apply only to the product price. Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Once issued, refunds take approximately 5 to 7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider

Late Returns

Returns received after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted or refunded.
